Nestled in the heart of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, **Healthy Being Cafe, Juicery & Wellbeing Market** is more than a place to grab a juice — it's a gathering space rooted in the belief that nourishing food can transform how you feel in your body, your mind, and your spirit.

Founded by certified health and wellbeing coach Jessica Vandenbroeke, our journey began long before we opened our doors. For over a year, Jessica built a community around her health coaching programs and a table at the local farmers market, where her cold-pressed juices quietly became a Jackson Hole favorite. In December 2013, we opened our little historic juice cabin on Broadway — and we haven't looked back.

We believe that when you nourish your body with real, living food, everything changes — how you feel, how you move, how you show up. Our intention is to make that kind of nourishment easy, delicious, and a genuine part of your everyday life.

Quality — Better Than Organic We source the freshest local and certified organic ingredients available, partnering with local and regional farms and purveyors who share our standards. Our juices are prepared in small batches, raw and cold-pressed — never heated, pasteurized, or HPP'd (high-pressure processed). When you drink our juice, you get every enzyme, vitamin, and living nutrient exactly as nature intended.

Taste — Healthy Food Should Be Craveable Fresh, vibrant ingredients don't just nourish — they taste incredible. Our menu is full of color, bold flavors, fresh herbs, warming spices, and nutrient-dense superfoods. You shouldn’t have to choose between food that's good for you and food that's genuinely delicious.

Sustainability — Good for You, Good for the Earth We're committed to protecting the wild and beautiful place we call home. Our juices are bottled in glass — endlessly recyclable and reusable. Takeaway orders come in fully compostable containers, and we offer a reusable takeout box rental program for our breakfast and lunch regulars. Our raw vegetable scraps goes back to local farms to feed their animals or compost their gardens. Zero waste isn't a goal for us — it's a daily practice.

Community — A New Kind of Success We believe a thriving business lifts everyone it touches. We donate to local charities, offer below-cost juice deals several times a week for those on tighter budgets, and show up as active participants in Jackson Hole's conversations about health, sustainability, and our collective future. Our staff is our greatest asset, and we invest in them fully. Every meal we serve is an act of conscious commerce — because we believe deeply satisfying connections are what real success looks like.
